Our service technicians are authorized and certified repair of Hewlett Packard and Brother International office equipments and comes with a 10 day labor warranty (excludes parts replacement) or 30 days parts and labor warranty on the same original product and service. 

LaserJet Color , Black/White printers, Business InkJet, DesignJet, Plotter (Wide format printer), Scanner, multi-function machine, copiers, Dot-Matrix printer, Epson receipt printer and fax machines.

All equipments can be serviced on Same day at your location (home or office).
You may bring in your small equipment 50 pounds or less for in-house repair but will not be service on same day .

Same Day On-Site repair: All around downtown San Francisco and the Bay Area.

In-house repair : $50.00 non-refundable diagnostic fee will be required at the time of drop off. If repaired by cleaning and lubrication without any parts, there's additional repair labor ($45 - $75). All parts are extra. Please allow 2 - 4 days turn around time. No heavy or large equipment are accepted for in-store repair (Call for on-site service) .
